HVACR, Food Service Equipment, Consumer Durables, Automotive Aftermarket and Off Highway. All of these are served at the OEM (Original Equipment Level) and engineering design and original sourcing level of the market.

We are, at our essence, value-added, outsourced sales engineering agents for the clients (supplier/principals) we represent. As a strictly variable cost based upon success with our customers, our business model is actually more efficient. Our model is leaner and less expensive than more traditional in-house sales models – where internal costs are added via unnecessary overhead – whether the mission of delighting the customer is achieved or not.

What sets your supplier partners/principals apart from competitors in the industry?

All of our supplier partners espouse world-class, engineering manufacturing, quality and delivery with expertise in managing the supply chain whether the engineered component part is coming from across the world or the next town over. Competitive pricing is also a hallmark feature of our suppliers. Though not always the “lowest cost” they are typically and routinely the most competitive and lowest total throughput cost providers.

We provide continual and ongoing personal service and attention to every step of the process. Additionally our speed of response and short sample turnaround and production lead times are some of the best in the industry. 

What is a distinguishing feature and difference between you and your supplier partners from the competition?

Routinely we are pitted up against very large, bureaucratic organizations with many levels of management making the ability to react quickly and efficiently to any typical manufacturing situation very cumbersome. Our supplier partners are typically much smaller, and way leaner than our competition which drives superior overall service and reaction time. And their lead time on samples and regular production are consistent, more accurate, and shorter as compared to our competitors.
